Peach Margarita: 3 Peachy Tequila Recipes for Any Mood

There are many ways to make a tasty peach Margarita and here are a few versions that can shake up your Margarita routine. Whether you’re looking for a boozy peach smoothie, one that shows off fresh peaches when they’re in season, or one that can be mixed up any time of year, there’s a recipe here for you. Using a combination of fresh peaches and peach schnapps is one of the best ways to enjoy a peach margarita. This is fun, easy, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
1 cup ice
1½ ounces tequila
¼ ounce triple sec
½ ounce peach schnapps
¼ ounce lime juice
1 medium peach (skinned, pitted, fresh or 1 cup canned peaches)
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the contents into a chilled Margarita glass.
*Tips: After blending, if you find that the mix is too thick, add an extra splash of juice or schnapps. If it’s too thin, add a couple extra ice cubes. Blend again until it’s your desired consistency.
• Super Fresh Peach Margarita: Pour 1½ ounces tequila, ½ ounce each triple sec and lime juice, and 1 ounce peach puree in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a peach slice.
• Year-Round Peach Margarita: Combine 1½ ounces tequila, 1 ounce peach schnapps, and ½ ounce each of triple sec and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass rimmed with salt or sugar.
