Every tequila lover should taste the El Diablo, which pairs aged tequila with lime juice and the sweet black currant flavor of crème de cassis and then tops it off with ginger beer.
2 ounces Bayo Reposado Tequila
¾ ounce crème de cassis (black currant) liqueur
1 ounce lime juice
ginger beer, to top
lime or orange wedge, for garnish
Pour the tequila, crème de cassis, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime or orange wedge, if desired.
