* Please note, we are unable to provide curbside or delivery to anyone other than the person who ordered and paid for the items. To safeguard against fraud and the large losses incurred we must verify payment by requiring the credit/debit card and ID at the time the order is received. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to put other safeguards in place but, as of now, we cannot allow “gifts” to be sent to others or orders to be accepted by family members or friends. You must be 21 or older to submit an order.

How will I know my order is on it's way?

  • You will receive tracking info once your order is out for delivery. 

Do I have to be there to receive my order?

  • YES, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. YOU MUST BE THE PERSON WHO ORDERED AND PAID WITH YOUR CARD AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID AND CARD WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

Can I send a bottle to someone as a gift?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow deliveries to be sent as 'gifts' at this time.

 

CURBSIDE FAQ

How long do I have to wait to pick up my order?

  • Please allow at least 1 hour for us to prepare your order for curbside pickup.

How will I know my order is ready to pick up?

  • You will receive email confirmation after submitting your order. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A SECOND EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP BEFORE COMING TO THE STORE. You can also check your order status within our app under the orders tab.

What do I do once I arrive to pick up my order?

  • When you arrive to pick up your order, please park in the designated Curbside parking spots. Please have your ID, Card used for Payment and Order receipt (on the app, email or printed) ready.

​Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

  • NO, YOU MUST BE THE PERSON WHO ORDERED AND PAID WITH YOUR CARD AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID AND CARD WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

  • You have 2 days to pick up your order or it will be canceled.
