Mediterranean Gin & Tonic

Try a G&T with a Mediterranean twist. With ultra-refreshing tonic water and a citrus-forward gin, this floral cocktail is sure to be an instant favorite.
What You'll Need
  • 1 part Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 3 parts Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • Plenty of fresh ice
  • Lemon thyme or a twist of lemon peel
How You Make It
  • Fill a large wine glass or a highball with plenty of large, fresh ice cubes
  • Pour over a measure of Bombay Sapphire, then top up with chilled Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water 
  • Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme or a curl of lemon peel
