Bellini

1 medium ripe, peeled and pureed peach
4 - 6 oz Champagne

Pour peach puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a peach slice.



Mimosa Moon

2 1/2 oz Champagne
2 1/2 oz orange juice
3/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Chill all ingredients. Pour into champange flute.



The Chocolate Bunny

1/2 shot creme de cacao
1/4 shot butterscotch schnapps
1/4 shot Bailey's® Irish cream

Pour Creme de Cacao and Butterscotch Schnapps into shot glass. Float Baileys on top. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
