Deau Artisan V.S. Cognac
Brilliant amber color. Aromas of toasted whole grain raisin bread and delicate spice are very pleasant and follow through on a very soft, and silky entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with a melange of dried fruit flavors. Finishes in a long, rich cocoa and peppery spice accented fade with lingering minerality and hint of nutshells. A superbly crafted VS Cognac tastes as good as some producers XOs!
