Monk's Pale Ale
Balanced and drinkable, with plenty of fruit. Like the St. Paul Tripel, Corsendonk emphasizes drinkability and is nicely rounded with balanced flavor components and no off flavors. In addition to the classic flavor components, this version has a nice complex fruity emphasis, including plums, concord grapes, apples, and other subtle citrus notes. Drink this one when you want some thirst quenching ability in addition to a balanced flavor. |
