They use our historic spring water in the production of their wonderful products.
Distilling from the ground up, sourcing local farm products when possible and crafting our own blends,they are dedicated to bringing the finest product to their customers and hope that you have a chance to enjoy them responsibly.

Our proprietary blend of botanicals, packed into a gin head suspended over a pot still, infuses the distillate with its unique essence. We use this time honored and labor intensive method to bring you a London dry style gin of exceptional quality.

We blend our finest neutral spirit with water celebrated for its purity that flows clear and cold from an on site historic spring. We then use a proprietary charcoal filtering process to create a vodka of exceptional sipping quality
GREYLOCK ETHEREAL GIN

Ethereal is a true gin-lovers gin, brimming with botanicals. It is balanced, bold and sublime. Due to a strong presence of botanicals in Ethereal you may at times see a haze, this is to be expected and is natural. Ethereal is a limited edition gin, its recipe changing with each batch. Look for a new label color, signifying a new batch. |
