1800 Tequila is a so-called "Anejo Tequila", meaning it must be aged for at least 12 months in a new or used keg. During this time, the Tequila becomes gold and takes on the flavor of the wood. 1800 is a Premium Tequila, reaching its "ripeness" after 3 years of aging. |
